JM: to celebrate our collaboration we’ll do a cereal milk punch. the benton’s old fashioned (because the benton’s bacon fat comes from noodle bar) and we’ll serve our most popular cocktail with banks rum, a brand i helped create. hopefully, you’ll work with it after the event.
JdB: as momofuku bar advisor, i’m helping to bring the má pêche cocktail menu up to date with the new food menu. banks is lovely in cocktails so i’m sure it will find a home at má pêche.
